Our Client is hiring a Construction Supervisor
21125 Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Mississippi (required);
• Experience with Technical and financial support for construction projects, including contractor oversight (6+ years).
• Experience with construction superintendent or field oversight on battery storage projects;
• Experience with QA/QC oversight on construction projects;
• Experience with Reviewing plant design criteria, contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with Route development and refinement for energy projects.
• Experience with Value engineering for route refinement and late-stage permitting activities.
• Experience with Routing and siting tradeoff decisions and risk identification within regulated permitting requirements.
• Experience with inspection of mechanical and electrical construction;
• Availability to travel within the US is expected approximately 25%

21125 Preferred:
• Experience with Geospatial applications such as Google Earth and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

21125 Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provides technical support for project planning, including reviewing plant design criteria, contract documents, and specifications.
• Supports route development and refinement for gen tie projects.
• Conducts field visits and ensures pre-construction preparation.
• Responsible for contractor monitoring and oversight of assigned work.
• Oversee QA/QC on a battery storage construction project;
• Travel within the US approximately 25%

• Oversee project buildout to ensure safety and quality standards are met, including ongoing safety compliance;
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, supervisors, management, and other stakeholders;
• Manage construction schedules;
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance to confirm work meets design requirements and standards;
• Prepare project updates and reports for stakeholders;
• Provide project support as directed by leadership for all construction-related activities;
• Serve as liaison between the contractor and project management team, including environmental oversight.
