M.A. DeAtley Construction is presently seeking Construction Support Manager to help with all aspects of project mgmt. from bidding to final close out. Resp. include assisting project manager with bidding, owner correspondence, subcontractor and supplier correspondence, project submittals, cost control, progress invoicing, material and supplies procurement, quantity tracking/reporting, change order pricing for additional work, prepare/update progress schedules, permit applications, environmental permit monitoring. Additional tasks include: developing grade control files and calculating earthwork quantities utilizing survey equipment and software.
