Job Title: Construction Surveillance Technician (CST)Location: Virginia Beach, VASchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Some Saturdays may be required)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking qualified Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a secure federal construction project in Virginia Beach, VA. CST are responsible for monitoring construction activities, inspecting materials, escorting uncleared personnel, and helping protect the security integrity of the project.Clearance:Active Secret Clearance required.Main Duties:

• Monitor construction activities within secure areas.
• Escort and observe uncleared workers and visitors.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment entering the site.
• Maintain inspection logs and security records.
• Conduct random and end-of-day inspections.
• Report suspicious activities or security concerns.
• Assist with enforcement of site security procedures.

Requirements:

• Active Secret Clearance.
• 5 years of security, military, law enforcement, or related experience.
• Current CST Certification.
• Ability to observe, document, and report activities accurately.
• Ability to read construction drawings and schedules.
• Strong attention to detail.
