We're looking for a Construction Survey & CAD Technician to support large-scale heavy civil, industrial, environmental, and infrastructure projects throughout the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both field work and technology, working with GPS systems, drones, machine control software, 3D models, and construction layout to help keep major projects moving forward.
What You'll Do
Perform construction layout, staking, and grade verification.
Operate GPS and survey equipment including Trimble, Leica, and Topcon systems.
Create and maintain 3D models, surfaces, and machine control files.
Support earthwork calculations, quantity takeoffs, and progress tracking.
Translate project plans and drawings into accurate field layout data.
Assist with drone mapping and as-built documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and field crews.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in construction surveying, CAD, field engineering, or construction layout.
Experience supporting heavy civil, infrastructure, industrial, or site development projects.
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AGTEK, Bluebeam, and machine control technology.
Experience with GPS survey equipment and total stations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
FAA Part 107 Drone Certification.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 - $115,000 DOE
