High school diploma or GED required; Vocational/trade school preferred
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Complete ASHE e-Learning: Safe Day One: Healthcare Orientation and Safety Training after hire as provided and scheduled by employer and then complete each three (3) years thereafter.
Five (5) years' experience in building construction required
Must have working ability in construction trades including but not limited to flooring, framing, drywall (hang & finish), paint & patch
