The Construction Technical Inspector (CTI) provides on-site inspection, project oversight, documentation, and advisory support for SRM and MILCON projects supporting the Air National Guard.
They verify construction compliance with drawings, specifications, codes, and standards, monitor progress, quality, and safety, and identify deficiencies or risks.
Responsibilities include daily inspections, record-keeping, reviewing schedules, addressing safety and quality issues, supporting contract administration, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing reports.
The role requires knowledge of DoD construction practices, technical standards, and strong communication skills. Experience with military installations, construction disciplines, and safety standards is preferred.
