Construction Technician

The Construction Technician completes renovations and repairs at current locations. Daily work may include construction projects such as siding, stonework, concrete, framing, roofing, and doors and windows, drywall, painting, flooring, basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Do you have?

• At least 2 years of general construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with framing, flooring, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, concrete, doors, and windows.
• Experience using construction equipment including power tools, backhoe and skid steer loader
• Possess a valid driver’s license, CDL license a plus. Prior snow plowing experience is preferred. 
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, to bend, kneel, crawl, walk, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders without assistance,  and work in all weather conditions.

Benefits:

• $28 - $34 per hour based on experience!
• Company vehicle, phone and tools provided!
• 40 hours per week - four days per week / 10-hour days.
• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; occasional night work may be required.
