JOB SUMMARY The Construction Technician I performs wide range of skilled construction tasks including, but not limited to: assisting with heavy construction activities, demolition of existing construction, movement of tools and materials to and from job sites, and cleaning activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High school or equivalent Minimum Work Experience 3 years Required Licenses/Certifications Drivers License, clear driving record Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Hand and power tools May be exposed to extremes of heat and cold in all weather conditions Works in precarious or high locations (ladders, scaffolding, etc.) Handles emergency or crisis situations May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases Occasionally exposed to radiation hazards Exposed to hazards from electrical/mechanical/power equipment May be exposed to toxic chemicals Use of personal protective equipment Designated Driver Yes
