Schedule:- Full-Time: Monday–Friday
- Occasional evenings and weekends based on seasonal needs and weather
- Participation in snow operations (may require off-hours work)
Summary:- Perform physical labor on landscaping and hardscape construction projects
- Operate hand and power tools while assisting with site preparation and cleanup
- Support Foremen and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain safety, quality, and organization on job sites
Responsibilities:- Perform landscaping, maintenance, and construction tasks on outdoor job sites
- Clean and prepare worksites, including digging, trenching, and debris removal
- Load trucks, haul materials, and operate landscape equipment and machinery
- Maintain a clean and safe job site; secure tools and equipment daily
- Follow all safety procedures and report incidents as required
- Assist Foremen and crew members with project completion
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Participate in snow removal operations when required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:- Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
- Previous construction, landscaping, or labor experience preferred
- Knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials used in construction or landscaping
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and first aid practices
- Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical labor
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Work Environment:- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
- Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical equipment
- Physically demanding role requiring strength, stamina, and coordination
