Hiring Pay Rate
Salary Range: $52,000-57,000 range. The specific salary will be determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information. LCC offers an excellent benefit plan. Leave and holiday benefits are also included.

POSITION TITLE: Construction Trades Faculty
REPORTS TO: Dean of Academics
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is a Full-Time 166 day faculty contract position with teaching responsibilities in construction trades to include residential renovation and new construction. Under the direction of the Dean of Academic Services, the instructor will teach 15 credits in the fall and spring semesters. The right individual must have experience in managing construction projects and demonstrate experience teaching others either on the job or in other venues. Chosen candidate will have direct experience in renovation and newconstruction, and be familiar with city and state building codes.
