Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and self‑directed Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day operations on our active project sites. From groundbreaking to closeout, you will be the on‑site leader responsible for maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring the highest quality of workmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management: Direct daily on‑site supervision of subcontractors, vendors, and laborers to ensure strict adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes.Schedule & Budget: Develop, update, and manage the critical path construction schedule, including generating 3‑week look‑ahead schedules.Quality & Safety: Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety standards.
