Superintendent Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
Experience working for a General Contractor
Background in light industrial, manufacturing, or similar commercial construction preferred
Ability to travel nationwide and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
Client-facing mindset with a commitment to quality and professionalism
