Construction Worker I

This entry-level Construction Worker will assist with the installation of materials in new residential condominium units. The role involves working at various job sites as part of a small team, performing general site help including drilling, inserting clips, and pounding nails. No prior training is required, and the position offers experience using hand and power tools across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of materials into new condo units
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Drill holes into sheetrock and insert clips as needed
• Pound nails to secure materials
• Work collaboratively within small teams of 1-5 members
• Travel frequently between different residential job sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in construction
• Basic carpentry skills
• Awareness of construction site safety protocols
