Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete tasks.
• Perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
