Job Description:

We are seeking a Full-Time Construction Yard Coordinator (Part-Time is being considered), who will be responsible for maintaining a clean, efficient Warehouse and assisting with distribution of tools and construction materials.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in operating the yard and warehouse and assist in dispatching materials and tools accordingly.
• Record daily log of tools, material and equipment going in and out of the yard.
• Perform janitorial service in Warehouse and Construction Office
• Clean and maintain construction equipment, tools, and vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year construction experience, 2 years preferred.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the concrete construction industry.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License
