Yard Technician General Maintenance and Repairs

Location: Hawthorne, FL
Pay Rate: $19.00 $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Yard Technician to join our team in Hawthorne, FL. This position focuses on maintaining and repairing storage units and container offices in a growing and dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Perform drywall repairs and replacements
  • Conduct floor replacement and refurbishing
  • Complete interior and exterior painting projects
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with drywall repairs, flooring, and painting required
  • Familiarity with basic construction and general repair techniques
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
