Key Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager:
• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through final inspections and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Buildertrend.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Monitor budgets, job costs, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to track progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and oversee punch-list completion.
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:
• Proven experience managing custom home, luxury residential, or similar construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, engineering drawings, specifications, and surveys.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, budgeting, purchasing, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.
