Job Description Cardinal Health is seeking a Search Specialist to join our eCommerce Operations and Digital Marketing team. This is a full-time contract role. The focus of this role is the internal search experience for our B2B pharmaceutical distribution eCommerce platform. Reporting to the Search Supervisor, this individual will play a critical role in improving product discoverability, relevance and conversion through data-driven search optimization. You will help build and manage the ranking & relevancy rules of our platform s Coveo search engine in order to deliver fast, relevant, personalized, and actionable search results to our B2B pharmaceutical customers. Responsibilities - Optimize the rules, relevance algorithms and ML models of the site s internal search engine to improve relevance of search results for B2B customers - Analyze on-site search data to identify trends, optimization opportunities and actionable insights - Collaborate with product, UX, data science, sales, content, assets, merchandising and marketing teams to refine search strategies - Monitor search performance metrics to support a best-in-class search experience - Assist with managing AI/ML-driven search models and automation tools - Troubleshoot search-related issues and partner with technical teams for resolution - Document search governance, operational workflows and best practices. - Assist with search testing, QA and performance validation during enhancements or new feature launches - Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. | Skills: | Skills & Requirements - 2-5 years of experience managing search relevance for B2B/B2C ecommerce sites - Experience with Coveo, Endeca, SOLR, Reflektion, Sitecore, or similar enterprise search platforms preferred - Strong analytical skills, ability to tell a story from the raw data with actionable insights - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus | ||
