Overview:
The Consultant Engagement Manager owns workforce engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives across Fluidstack programs. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce health monitoring across more than 1,000 deployed IG employees supporting Model T and SPS operations. The Consultant Engagement Manager partners with the IG Operations & Experience Manager, Delivery Directors, Program Managers, Consultant Engagement, and Corporate HR to ensure deployed employees remain engaged, supported, and retained throughout their assignments.
Responsibilities:Engagement Program Management
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs
- Manage engagement surveys and pulse checks
- Drive engagement metric improvements & oversee the execution of Consultant Success SOP best practices
- Maintain engagement program effectiveness
Recognition Programs
- Design and manage employee recognition initiatives
- Coordinate milestone celebrations and rewards
- Drive recognition program participation
- Support culture-driven recognition activities
Retention Initiatives
- Identify retention risks and trends
- Develop and execute retention strategies
- Coordinate with Delivery Directors on retention escalations
- Drive retention metric improvements
Workforce Health Monitoring
- Monitor employee sentiment and workforce health
- Maintain workforce health dashboards
- Identify early warning indicators of attrition
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership
Employee Advocacy & Support
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns
- Coordinate employee support escalations
- Support employee voice initiatives
- Maintain consistent, empathetic employee engagement
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with the IG Operations & Experience Manager on culture integration
- Coordinate with Program Managers on team-level engagement
- Surface Insights to Delivery Directors
- Coordinate with Consultant Engagement & Corporate HR on engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in employee engagement, workforce experience, retention strategy, or related HR fields
- Strong understanding of engagement methodologies and retention drivers
- Experience supporting large, distributed workforces
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managed services, staffing, or contingent workforce environments
- Familiarity with engagement platforms and survey tools
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or related certifications
- Familiarity with Insight Global operating model
