The Evidence Generation team, part of Trinity’s Evidence, Value, Access and Pricing (EVAP) group, supports biotech, pharma, and medical device clients with evidence planning, value demonstration, and scientific communication through real‑worldhealth economics and outcomes research (HEOR).

In this role,Consultantswork on high-impact,real-world HEOR projectsthat “move the needle” on market access and treatmentutilizationand support medical education and strategic pricing. Examples includeburden of illness studies, discrete choice experiments, claims-based analyses, and economic modeling.Consultantscan expect to furtherdevelopanalytical, communication, and teamwork skills throughhands-on experience,structuredtrainingand mentorship.

Position Responsibilities:

Assistthe team along all dimensions ofprojectwork in preparation for both internal and external interactions

  • Contribute tostudy design, materialsdevelopmentand analysis for real world studies, both qualitative and/or quantitative, using primary and secondary data sources

  • Drive development ofstudy materials for primary research, including protocols, screeners, and surveys for IRB/ERC submissions

  • Contributetodevelopment of economic models 

  • Drivedevelopment of client-ready reports by organizing results, checking accuracy, and incorporating feedback

  • Support project teams across all phases of the project, including preparation of materials for internal team meetings and client-facing interactions

  • Develop PowerPoint slides that strategically synthesize learnings 

  • Serve as a core project team member, supportingProjectManagers andLeadershipwhile independently owning defined workstreams across engagements

  • Direct and mentor Associates byprovidingclear guidance, reviewing outputs, and supporting their day‑to‑day development

  • Present sections of analyses and findings internally and, asappropriate, in client‑facing settings

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degreeor international equivalent;Economics, Health/ LifeSciences,Public Health,orHealth Services

  • Master’s degree, PharmD, or PhDin a relevant discipline and /or anHEOR certificationis a plus

  • Demonstrated interest in thepharmaceutical/life sciencesindustry, healtheconomicsand outcomesresearch

Work Experience: 2+years of experience inHEORconsulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry.

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $96,000 - $144,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
