Technical Summary
Medicaid Regulatory Change Management (RCM), part of National Medicaid Shared Services, facilitating the end-to-end management of regulatory changes across the KP organization in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. The RCM IV Consultant collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to support program and project management activities that ensure regulatory initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with regulatory intent and KP business strategies, and effectively integrated across KP entities. Responsibilities can include analyzing regulatory requirements; driving complex regulatory implementations through the change management lifecycle; tracking deliverables; and supporting communication related to risks, readiness, and implementation status. Qualified candidates bring experience with complex regulatory change assessment and implementation; strong knowledge of Medicaid programs (Medicare experience preferred); program and project management expertise; data-driven decision-making skills; and proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled platforms for regulatory analysis.
Job Summary:
Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Contributes to business strategy and supports organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages complex projects or project components, participates in and may lead change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
