Consultant Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry research and market analysis to inform strategies
  • Work directly with clients to pinpoint areas of importance, develop actionable strategies, and implement recommendations
  • Work closely with project team to set objectives and manage milestones to ensure delivery on time
  • Independently prepare high-quality deliverables in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio and other tools as needed
  • Embrace teamwork with strong interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of a new organization
  • Travel as needed for business or client needs

Management Consultant Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or science related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in life science consulting
  • Preferably depth of knowledge in one or more of the following therapeutic areas: Oncology, Neurology, Immunology, Cell & Gene, Rare Disease
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical patient services/hub operations highly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Independently manage tasks assigned and collaborative attitude
  • Enhanced skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
  • Proven project management experience
