Lead the design, development, and deployment of CRM solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Develop and customize CRM modules, workflows, and integrations
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers
Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and performance
Integrate CRM with external systems ERP, APIs, thirdparty tools
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project management
