Job Summary:
The Operations / Consultant Support Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and managing key operational communications related to consultants. This role serves as a central point of contact to ensure emails and requests are routed to the appropriate teams, consultants are supported throughout their engagement, and timesheet and VMS-related processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review all incoming emails related to consultant extensions, terminations, payroll, timesheets, and benefits, and assign or route them to the appropriate team or individual
Send welcome emails and onboarding communications to upcoming starts
Proactively reach out to consultants to assist with VMS (timesheet portal) registration and resolve any access issues
Provide guidance and support on the timesheet entry process, addressing questions or concerns as needed
Work closely with the timesheet team to manage timesheet updates, VMS changes, and ensure accuracy and compliance
Communicate furlough-related updates in coordination with internal teams
Act as a liaison between consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and clear communication
