What the Role Involves

  • Making and receiving calls with union members

  • Scheduling appointments with clients who’ve requested information

  • Conducting virtual benefit presentations

  • Assisting clients with enrollment and digital paperwork

  • Maintaining accuracy and compliance in documentation

  • Participating in leadership and professional development programs

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management and organizational ability

  • Minimum age: 18+

  • Must pass a background screening

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is helpful but not required
