WhatYou'llBring
Required
- BA/BSorMaster’sdegreeinanaturalsciencediscipline,ortheequivalencyof 4+yearsrelatedexperienceinlieuofeducation
- 0+yearsofprofessionalexperience
- Courseworkortraininginwetlanddelineationusingthe1987CorpsofEngineersWetlandsDelineationManualandapplicableRegionalSupplements
- FamiliaritywithArmyCorpsofEngineersRegionalSupplements(AridWestand/orGreatPlains)
- Abilityandwillingnesstoconductfieldworkupto75%ofthetime,outdoorsandinvariableconditions
- WorkingknowledgeofGPStechnologiesandmapinterpretation(e.g.,NWI,USGS,aerialimagery)
- Strongcommitmenttohealth,safety,andfieldworkbestpractices
- Effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withattentiontodetail
- Abilitytoprioritizetasks,adapttochangingneeds,andworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
- Driver'sLicenseRequired:Thispositionrequiresavaliddriver'slicenseand/ortheabilitytooperateacompanyvehicleduetothenatureofjobduties,whichincludefrequenttraveltovariousclientlocationsacrossalargegeographicalarea.

- Assistwithsurveyreportpreparationandpermitapplications
- ParticipateinfieldworksafelyandinalignmentwithERMandclientsafetystandards
- Collaboratewithmultidisciplinaryteammembersandsubjectmatterexperts
- Communicateeffectivelywithclientsandinternalstakeholdersonenvironmentalsciencematters
- Deliverworkinaccordancewithscope,schedule,budget,andERMqualitystandards
