Required

  • BA/BSorMaster’sdegreeinanaturalsciencediscipline,ortheequivalencyof 4+yearsrelatedexperienceinlieuofeducation
  • 0+yearsofprofessionalexperience
  • Courseworkortraininginwetlanddelineationusingthe1987CorpsofEngineersWetlandsDelineationManualandapplicableRegionalSupplements
  • FamiliaritywithArmyCorpsofEngineersRegionalSupplements(AridWestand/orGreatPlains)
  • Abilityandwillingnesstoconductfieldworkupto75%ofthetime,outdoorsandinvariableconditions
  • WorkingknowledgeofGPStechnologiesandmapinterpretation(e.g.,NWI,USGS,aerialimagery)
  • Strongcommitmenttohealth,safety,andfieldworkbestpractices
  • Effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withattentiontodetail
  • Abilitytoprioritizetasks,adapttochangingneeds,andworkindependentlywithminimalsupervision
  • Driver'sLicenseRequired:Thispositionrequiresavaliddriver'slicenseand/ortheabilitytooperateacompanyvehicleduetothenatureofjobduties,whichincludefrequenttraveltovariousclientlocationsacrossalargegeographicalarea.

  • Completedatacollection,GPSdatamanagement,andqualityreview
  • Supportdesktopenvironmentalconstraintsanalysisandpermittingprocesses
  • Assistwithsurveyreportpreparationandpermitapplications
  • ParticipateinfieldworksafelyandinalignmentwithERMandclientsafetystandards
  • Collaboratewithmultidisciplinaryteammembersandsubjectmatterexperts
  • Communicateeffectivelywithclientsandinternalstakeholdersonenvironmentalsciencematters
  • Deliverworkinaccordancewithscope,schedule,budget,andERMqualitystandards
  • SupportthegrowthanddeliveryofERM’senvironmentalandimpactassessmentservices
