POSITION TITLE

Systems Engineer/SME

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Systems Engineer, you will work as an integral member of a government/contractor team supporting ongoing and future programs. In this unique role you will apply your technical skills toward state-of-the-art highly advanced analysis solutions in support of critical customer focus areas.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

·       Master of Science degree with 15 to 20 years of prior relevant experience - additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree

·       At least four (4) or more years of recent engineering experience in the following areas: RF communication, signal processing, radar, modeling and simulation, or similar fields

·       In-depth knowledge of antenna design principals, array technology, and radio-wave propagation methods and systems

·       Demonstrated knowledge as a subject matter expert of engineering principles and practices

·       Active TS/SCI security clearance is required to be considered for this position. An active TS/SCI with polygraph is highly desired

·        Experience working independently or as a member of a multidisciplinary design and development team that may include engineers and technicians

·       Significant verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment; present and explain technical information to colleagues, management or sponsors

Desired:

·        Experience running simulations on high-performance computing (HPC), graphics processor units (GPU), or other advanced processing platforms

·       Subject matter expert knowledge of advanced system concepts related to aerospace and/or spacecraft

·        Proficient using modeling, design or development tools (e.g. MATLAB, Mathematica, Simulink, or languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc.)

Salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 - $150,000
