Job Summary

The Consulting Manager role focuses on delivering strategic solutions within the Transportation and Logistics domain. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will drive impactful projects ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic consulting solutions tailored to the Transportation and Logistics domain to address client-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational workflows and identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on industry best practices leveraging deep domain knowledge in Transportation and Logistics to enhance client operations.
• Lead the design and execution of innovative strategies to improve supply chain management transportation planning and logistics operations.
• Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and deliver actionable recommendations that align with their business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower client teams with the knowledge and tools necessary for sustainable improvements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making processes and drive measurable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate advanced solutions such as automation and analytics into client operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their long-term goals and provide ongoing support for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while implementing solutions within the Transportation and Logistics domain.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging trends and technologies relevant to the sector and applying them to client projects.
• Contribute to the companys growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio. Qualifications
• Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in consulting with a strong focus on Transportation and Logistics.
• Demonstrate expertise in supply chain management transportation planning and logistics operations.
• Showcase excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Have a proven track record of delivering successful projects within the Transportation and Logistics domain.
• Display proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools and technologies to drive insights and outcomes.
• Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with advanced certifications or training in Transportation and Logistics being a plus.
• Demonstrate adaptability to work in a hybrid model while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
• Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Possess a client-centric approach ensuring solutions align with their business goals and deliver tangible benefits.
• Have experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions to empower client teams.
