Could it be you? **About the role** As an **Consulting Manager, Payment Architecture** , you will make an impact by designing and delivering scalable, secure payment solutions across banking and fintech ecosystems, enabling real-time transaction capabilities and modern payment integrations. You will be a valued member of the **Payments & Financial Services Consulting team** and work collaboratively with business, product, engineering, operations stakeholders, and clients. In this role, you will: + Design and deliver enterprise payment solutions, with strong focus on architecture, implementation strategy, and integration across banking and fintech platforms + Lead solution architecture for payments, covering API-based integrations, microservices architecture, and end-to-end payment flows (issuer, processor, and network interactions) + Collaborate with clients, banks, processors (FIS, Fiserv), and fintech/payment enablers (e.g., TabaPay, Brightwell, Linker Finance) to enable scalable payment ecosystems + Conduct stakeholder workshops to define target-state architectures, business requirements, and scalable solution designs across cross-functional teams + Document current-state vs. target-state architectures, identifying gaps, risks, dependencies, and driving governance, alignment, and implementation roadmaps **Work model** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. **What you must have to be considered** + 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise payment solutions + Proven experience as a **Solution Architect within Payments domain (mandatory)** + Strong understanding of payment architectures, including issuer, processor, and network interactions + Hands-on experience with API-based integrations, microservices, and modern payment platforms + Experience working with banks, payment processors (e.g., FIS, Fiserv), and fintech/payment enablers + Ability to lead architecture workshops and engage with cross-functional stakeholders to define scalable solutions **These will help you succeed** + Exposure to Visa ecosystem, including Visa Direct, card-based flows, or real-time payments _(nice to have, not mandatory)_ + Experience defining target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps in payments + Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and dependency mapping in large-scale implementations + Experience working in consulting environments with client-facing responsibilities + Excellent communication and documentation skills to translate complex architectures into clear deliverables We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
