Experienced Client Partner responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving business growth, and owning account P&L. Acts as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identifies new business opportunities, leads sales initiatives, and expands existing accounts. Collaborates with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and business risks. Responsible for revenue growth, account profitability, and overall client success.
