**Job Description** A fully competent project management professional who has a broad understanding of solutions and industry best practices. This first-level project management position provides consistent creative and high quality solution leadership ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction. **Responsibilities** Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer's satisfaction. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. Effectively applies Oracle's methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles. Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations. Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects. **Basic Qualifications** At least 6-8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including: At least 3 years of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education **Preferred Qualifications** Bachelor's degree Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration At least 3 years of clinical or health care work experience At least 3 years of facilitation or training work experience At least 3 years of data analysis or presentation of data work experience At least 6 years of project managment work experience Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Specifics - Analytics Education, procotor strong analytics and VA experience pref - Advanced/LON Disclaimer: **Certain U.S. based or U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization/occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing requirements.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
