Role Overview

Oracle Communications is seeking a Senior Consulting Sales Representative to drive consulting services sales for our OSS/BSS, Billing, Order-to-Cash, and Cloud Monetization solutions across North America.

This is a strategic, customer-facing sales role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value consulting opportunities with communications service providers. The successful candidate will combine deep enterprise sales expertise with consultative solution selling, partnering closely with Oracle sales, solution engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to position Oracle Consulting as a trusted transformation partner.

The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong track record of building pipeline, cultivating executive relationships, and closing complex consulting engagements. They are comfortable navigating large enterprise organizations, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading customers through digital transformation initiatives.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $133,000 to $217,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consulting services revenue for Oracle Communications solutions throughout North America.
  • Build and execute territory and account strategies to identify, qualify, and close new consulting opportunities.
  • Develop new customer relationships while expanding consulting services within existing Oracle accounts.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and business development activities.
  • Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to understand business objectives and position Oracle Consulting solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Oracle account teams, solution architects, and delivery organizations to develop compelling customer solutions and proposals.
  • Lead the development and presentation of consulting proposals, statements of work, and value-based business cases.
  • Position Oracle Consulting as a trusted advisor by aligning business challenges with transformational consulting solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle Communications products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise software or technology consulting sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success selling consulting, professional services, managed services, or digital transformation engagements.

  • Proven hunter mentality with a consistent track record of building pipeline and closing new business.

  • Experience selling into the telecommunications industry is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following domains:

  • OSS/BSS

  • Billing and Revenue Management

  • Customer Experience

  • Experience selling complex, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements involving multiple stakeholders.

Education
