Meet Our Team:

Join Pega's Consulting organization as a Consulting Solution Executive (CSE)-a quota-carrying seller responsible for driving professional services revenue. As a key member of our go-to-market engine, you'll partner closely with Client Executives to position, sell, and shape consulting engagements that accelerate client outcomes. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, influencing strategic transformation programmes while ensuring clients understand the full value of Pega's delivery expertise (Pega Blueprint Delivered).

In this high-impact, sales quota, client-facing role, you'll combine sales acumen, delivery understanding, and business advisory skills to shape some of the most strategic digital transformation initiatives in the market. You'll proactively identify opportunities, own consulting pipeline generation, and close services deals that drive value for clients across enterprise accounts. Expect to work at pace-navigating multiple deals, advising executive decision-makers, and representing Pega's thought leadership across Blueprint, AI-enabled delivery, and our wider consulting ecosystem.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Own and grow consulting revenue through proactive pipeline creation and direct selling of professional services.
  • Sell and position consulting offerings as a critical success driver for Pega platform adoption.
  • Work alongside Client Executives to influence licence sales and shape delivery strategy across complex engagements.
  • Define, scope, and size consulting projects-ensuring clarity of value, commercial structure, and delivery approach.
  • Lead executive-level conversations to articulate ROI, competitive differentiation, and best-practice implementation methodology.
  • Drive advisory-led engagements using Blueprint and Pega's modern delivery framework.
  • Partner with product, delivery, and industry teams to ensure successful outcomes across all customer initiatives.

Who You Are:

  • You are an experienced professional services seller-confident, commercially minded, and skilled at navigating C-suite discussions. You bring a strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, combined with the ability to articulate business value and build trust quickly. You thrive in a consultative, fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving and exceeding quota. You adapt easily to change, embrace innovation, and enjoy shaping new ways of working.
  • You're adaptable to evolving delivery models, particularly Blueprint and AI-driven approaches, and you understand how to demonstrate ROI in blended partner-led delivery scenarios.

What You've Accomplished:

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated success carrying and closing quota within FSI environments.
  • Proven ability to position and sell complex consulting engagements to senior decision-makers within the Financial Services and Insurance space.
  • Experience supporting or leading large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Skilled in scoping, sizing, and structuring consulting engagements with strong commercial judgment.
  • Track record of building executive relationships and influencing strategic outcomes across multiple accounts.
  • Ability to operate in blended delivery models with partners and client teams.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 194,900 - 296,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
