About the Role
We are a fast-paced consumer-protection law firm representing homeowners in disputes involving residential solar contractors, installers, financiers, lenders, and servicing companies.
Our matters commonly involve:
Contract rescission and cancellation
Unfair competition and consumer-protection claims, including UCL- and CLRA-type claims
Fraud, misrepresentation, and deceptive sales practices
Contract formation, enforcement, and performance disputes
Financing and servicing disputes
Pre-litigation resolution and settlement negotiations
Consumer arbitrations before AAA and JAMS
We are currently seeking experienced attorneys licensed in California, Arizona, or Texas to support matters arising in each jurisdiction. Applicants are not required to be licensed in all three states. Matters will be assigned according to the attorney's active bar admission, experience, and availability.
This opportunity begins either on an hourly basis or on a defined project-by-project basis, depending on the firm's needs and the candidate's experience. The initial engagement is intended to serve as a trial period for both the firm and the attorney to evaluate communication, responsiveness, legal judgment, and overall fit.
Our goal is to build long-term relationships with attorneys who become an extension of our team. Attorneys who are a strong fit may be invited to transition into an ongoing Remote Associate role, with an anticipated workload of approximately 10–20 hours per week, and the potential for additional hours as the firm's caseload continues to grow.
Although the role begins part-time, our firm operates in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of active matters and frequent client, opposing counsel, and vendor communications. We are looking for attorneys who can quickly assess a file, identify practical next steps, communicate effectively with clients, and confidently manage multiple matters while maintaining excellent judgment and responsiveness.
