Consumer Experience Specialist

Location: Muncie, IN

Facility: St. Vincent Hospital & Healthcare Center

Department/Specialty: Chief Nursing Executive 

Schedule: Full Time | Days | Monday - Friday 8a - 4:30p

• Provide service and service recovery support to consumers and patients.
• Guide the communication and investigation for complaints and grievances. Document, respond, or escalate in a manner that meets service levels and achieves improved satisfaction.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement service and service recovery initiatives and/or training.
• Participate in committees, work groups and process improvement teams aimed at improving consumer experiences.
• Serve as subject matter expert to address consumer experience insights with key stakeholders.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Experience in a healthcare setting or healthcare related field
• familiarity with project management, process improvement or LEAN methodology
