Consumer Insights Manager III

Duration:        07 months of contract

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

• Managing research studies, consumer insight experience within research field.
• Internal surveys, working on focus groups or desk research.
• Pre-release surveys
• Post launch surveys
• Compiling info from surveys for show writers and directors.
• Managing a certain number of studies for each title

• Working with Amazon Quick
• Working with Neilson / Qualtrics
• Working with stakeholders to provide survey findings.

• Ability to write research report based on data
• Owning end to end research study mechanism
• Ability to triangulate data and come up with recommendation

• Experience with network network/television research
• Familiarity of Qualtrics

 
YOE: 3-6 years
Degree: BA in management or communications field or Analytics/Statistics.
