Key Responsibilities

•  Collect, organize, and analyze customer and campaign performance data. 
•  Monitor sign-up trends, engagement metrics, and customer behavior patterns. 
•  Identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends alongside the Data Manager. 
•  Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and data records. 
•  Present findings and recommendations that support business strategy and decision-making. 
•  Assist in developing data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences and brand performance. 
•  Support research initiatives, surveys, and customer feedback analysis.
