Summary: Consumer Lending Processors are responsible for internal mortgages, indirect auto loans, loan maintenance, and vehicle titles. This will involve extensive communication with title companies, appraisal companies, dealers, loan officers, other credit union departments, and members.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (one day per week 9:00am - 6:00pm), as well as rotating Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review documentation, meet stipulations, generate closing documents, and fund mortgage loans
- Review documentation, coordinate with dealers on missing documents, and fund indirect auto loans
- Prepare payoff requests and reconveyances on mortgages
- Perform loan maintenance on all mortgage and consumer loans
- Effectively communicate with all credit union teams and external companies
- Process vehicle title check ins and releases, tracking missing titles, and answering questions related to titles
