What You'll Be Doing
As a Consumer Loan Processor, you'll play an important role in helping members through the lending process from start to finish. You'll work closely with loan officers, branch teams, dealerships, and members to prepare loan documents, coordinate closings, and ensure everything is completed accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you'll review loan applications for accuracy, prepare closing paperwork, send electronic documents through DocuSign, maintain loan files, and communicate with members throughout the process. You'll also assist with loan-related questions, funding procedures, and administrative support while providing professional, friendly service that reflects the Cyprus Credit Union experience.
This is a fast-paced position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, multitasking, and helping people.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized are important in this role. Candidates should feel comfortable learning new systems, typing efficiently, multitasking, and working both independently and as part of a team.
No lending experience? No problem.
This is an entry-level lending opportunity, and we are happy to train the right person.

Schedule
Regular Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Some Saturdays Required: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
You'll always have Saturday evenings and Sundays free.
