The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Answering external and internal customers' inquiries to promote customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Providing accurate and timely responses by telephone or in writing.
- Credit verification, escrow inquiries, payment request/issues, TRID payoff requests and other general loan servicing information.
- Daily overdraft report, Insurance Loss Claims, ordering HELOC checks, making credit corrections via e-oscar
Requirements for the position include:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Excel/Word proficiency
- Customer service experience in a high-demand environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with a team or independently
- The ability to work late and/or flexible hours
