The Contact Center Administrator (DMS admin) is responsible for processing activations and cancellations of mechanical service contracts and maintenance agreements, while demonstrating exceptional customer service. This individual will work closely with all field stores and Support Services team members.

Location: Medford, OR (open to remote, PST ideal)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm

Compensation Range: $19.25-28.85/hr, with a typical starting range of $19.25-20.00/hr. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You'll Do

• Process activations and cancellations of service contracts and other agreements.
• Reconcile store bank statements.
• Process inter-company billing for field stores.
• Research customer inquiries regarding contract activations and cancellations. Review content and make appropriate corrections when necessary.
• Other duties and complete special projects, as assigned.

What You'll Bring

• A strong eye for detail and a knack for keeping information accurate and organized.
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic accounting knowledge or a willingness to learn.
• Experience using Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting; familiarity with ADP or Fabsoft is helpful but not required.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing great customer service.
