Do you enjoy talking with people and building connections over the phone?
Life Remembered is looking for a Contact Center Agent to join our Family Outreach team!
This is more than just a call center job. You'll be the first point of contact for families who have expressed interest in our cemetery products and services, helping connect them with the right Sales Advisor and location.
What You'll Do
- Contact new leads generated through our marketing efforts
- Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs and level of interest
- Set appointments for our Sales Advisors
- Earn incentives when appointments result in completed sales
- Serve as a customer service liaison for families
- Answer general questions about our cemeteries and services
- Forward calls to the appropriate cemetery location when additional assistance is needed
- Enter accurate notes and information into our contact center software
- Follow established call scripts and outreach procedures
What We're Looking For
The right person will:
- Be comfortable and confident on the phone
- Enjoy talking with and helping people
- Have strong communication and listening skills
- Be comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Be able to accurately document calls and customer information
- Be dependable, professional, and organized
- Be motivated by performance-based incentives
No call center experience? That's okay! We provide training on our call scripts, systems, and outreach process. We're looking for someone with the right attitude and communication skills who is willing to learn.
