Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with policy, billing, coverage, quotes, audits, and account support.
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting customer interactions.
- Complete required training and support team initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
