    Description

    Our Client, a Consumer Products and Software Services company, is looking for a Contact Center GSSM (Global Sourcing & Supply Manager) for their Sunnyvale, CA/ Hybrid location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop a nuanced understanding of the contact center commodity landscape identify changes in buyer and supplier power and use industry dynamics to client's advantage.
    • Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals.
    • Effectively work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Understanding of direct labor, indirect labor, overhead and SG&A breakdown.
    • Collaborate across the client organization to ensure business objectives are met. Includes the ability to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to leaders and to actively identify potential supply issues that can affect strategy.
    • Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
    • Provide overall program management support and contribute to ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
    • A tenacity, passion and demonstrated skill in negotiations
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
    • Can build, grow and develop key cross-functional relationships to be able to influence and drive projects
    • Ability to operate independently
    • Experience in supplier management and operations
    • Ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues
    • End to end ownership of contract negotiations for both commercial and legal aspects a plus.
