Job Description:
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including routing and APIs
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
Experience with frontend frameworks like React and backend platforms such as Node.js or Python
Familiarity with AWS cloud services and CI / CD tools
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX
Integrate AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem
Manage the full development lifecycle, including deployment through CI / CD pipelines
