Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team as part of our Content Studio function. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for his/her assigned clients, maintaining and expanding those relationships and driving the ongoing attainment of positive outcomes for Flywheel's strategic clients. The primary responsibility is to become the "trusted advisor" to the client, to make them successful with the products they have purchased, and to ensure they are realising value from their investment in order to preserve and expand Flywheel's future revenue. You will build strong partnerships, and drive adoption of our products/solutions. A significant part of your role will be to serve as a client advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our customers and all internal Flywheel teams (e.g. Sales, Technical Support, Product Development, etc). You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these clients are communicated and managed throughout Flywheel.
