Job Overview:
Role Summary
Client is seeking a Content Analyst with a strong focus on AI Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Copilot AI Agents, AI Governance, and AI Enablement. This is not a traditional content role—the primary requirement is hands-on experience creating, testing, refining, and scaling AI prompts and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, optimize, and maintain AI prompts.
  • Build prompt libraries, AI playbooks, and prompting standards.
  • Lead AI-enabled communication initiatives using Microsoft Copilot.
  • Establish AI governance and best practices.
  • Train employees on effective AI prompting and adoption.
  • Improve Copilot agent performance and AI-generated communications.
  • Identify automation opportunities and streamline communication workflows.
  • Support integrations with SharePoint, Adobe, and future Martech platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in AI Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience creating, testing, iterating, and improving prompts.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
  • Experience building reusable prompt frameworks and standards.
  • Ability to train, coach, and support end users on AI adoption.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Copilot and Copilot AI Agent experience.
  • AI governance and responsible AI experience.
  • Development of AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and training materials.
  • Telecom industry experience (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile).
  • Customer communications and content strategy experience.
