Description:

Develops and maintains Web sites that provide extremely valuable information and tools that serve internal and external customers. Develops and manages content and functionality related projects that meet the needs of internal and external customers and supports tactical and strategic initiatives. Continually improves the Web site and Web site related processes. Serves as a team lead to prioritize, assign and direct work.

The Content Analyst will be responsible for continuously optimizing the e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and primary web properties to improve digital performance, usability, customer engagement, and overall user experience. This role will develop and maintain customer- and dealer-facing marketing content, analyze digital content effectiveness, and drive ongoing website enhancements that support business growth objectives. The position will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to create targeted content and digital experiences that accelerate PixelScout adoption, support continued FieldAgent growth, and expand awareness and demand for sensor solutions. Through data-driven insights and content optimization, this role will play a key part in scaling digital marketing infrastructure and supporting revenue growth across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Digital Properties: Continuously improve the e-commerce platform, customer support resources, and website experiences to enhance usability, customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital performance.
  • Develop Customer and Dealer Content: Create, manage, and update marketing materials, product content, training resources, and support documentation that enable customer success and dealer adoption both in-house and at various trade shows.
  • Analyze and Improve Content Performance: Monitor website, e-commerce, and content analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements that support business objectives.
  • Support Product Growth Initiatives: Develop targeted content and digital campaigns that drive adoption and sales of PixelScout, FieldAgent, and sensor portfolio while supporting broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate Across Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, product management, customer success, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational growth goals.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Content creation and digital marketing expertise.
  • Website, e-commerce, and user experience optimization.
  • Data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 3 years in content marketing, digital marketing, or web content management.
  • Experience managing website content and marketing materials.
  • Proven ability to use analytics to improve customer engagement and business results.

Desired Skills/Experiences:

  • Experience optimizing e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience creating content for technical, software, or agricultural technology products.

  • Ability to translate customer insights and data into actionable content and business recommendations.

Education:

  • Graphic Design, Marketing preferred but will consider candidates without a degree with 5 or more years of applicable experience.

Major Duties:

  • Write drafts and edit content in line with organizational style guidelines to format and publish information on websites and in print.
  • Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.
  • Help others get the most out of external communications systems by offering support and advice.
  • Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the management of brand(s) by implementing brand plans and guidelines and measuring effectiveness.
  • Help others get the most out of internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
  • Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
