Description:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, installation guides, training manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. 
  • Create customer education and onboarding materials to support product launches, software updates, and feature releases. 
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation for customers, dealers, and business partners. 
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency. 
  • Maintain and update documentation based on product enhancements, software releases, and customer feedback. 
  • Build self-service support resources to improve customer experience and reduce support inquiries. 
  • Support product demonstrations by creating instructional content and training materials. 
  • Manage multiple documentation projects while ensuring compliance with branding, quality, and documentation standards.
