Truist is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative Content & Social Media Ecosystem Manager to build the capabilities, operating models, insights, technology, partnerships, and governance that connect social media, content experiences, and influencer and creator marketing across the enterprise.
As client journeys increasingly begin with search, AI assistants, social platforms, and digital research, content experiences play an important role in discoverability and consideration. This role connects disciplines and removes friction so Truist is visible when clients seek answers, relevant when they explore options, and trusted when they make decisions.
This individual contributor is an ecosystem integrator, working alongside the senior leaders of Social Media and Content Experiences and in close partnership with the Influencer/Creator Marketing Manager to connect their respective strategies and strengthen how the broader ecosystem operates.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
Seven years of related social media experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing and social media (or related) discipline
Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals
Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective
Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA and previous experience in the banking industry
Experience developing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions
Demonstrated ability to apply agile marketing methodologies and processes to large enterprise, cross-functional teams
Ability to develop strategies that break long-term goals into short term wins to facilitate learning, quick iteration, with shorter time to market and return on investment
Working knowledge of various programming languages (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Python, SQL)
Working knowledge of American Disabilities Act (ACT) compliance requirements
Experience with Adobe products (AEM, Target and Target, Analytics, Audience Manager and Adobe Cloud)
Certified in the use of email service providers, marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, IBM Watson, Eloqua, Epsilon, Acoustic, Adobe Campaign, Pardot, etc.)
Experience with API development, ad servers, dynamic tag managers, market automation platforms, content management systems, A/B multivariate testing and personalization tools
Excellent understanding of HTML for email and ability to code templates, revise modular layouts and provide both strategic and technical direction to web developers
Proficiency in algebraic Boolean logic expressions for building queries and hyper-segmentation

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
